Broker Notes
Fees – On agreement to join Entry Cost + one month’s Admin Fees are due. Entry Cost also covers FREE, the first month’s Admin Fee and the monthly Admin Fee paid covers second month in advance. Monthly Admin Fees Billed one month in Advance on the first of each month.
Boatshed Owner Revenue – If any business owner wish’s to reduce or remove their proportion of the Entry Cost or Monthly Admin Fee then this is acceptable as long as those Fee’s due to Boatshed HQ are met. (This is a great opportunity for the Business Owner to add an additional revenue stream, do not give it away lightly, also payment by your Sub Broker shows commitment on day one and on going, if they stop paying they have stopped working!)
Billing- All fees will be collected by Boatshed Business owner and paid direct to Boatshed.com monthly. Failure to pay all Sub Broker or Broker fees due will result in suspension of Corporate Functionality. 30 Day Written notice to remove any Sub Broker or Broker from the system must be in place or fees will be charged.
Training time frame. As soon as Boatshed receive cleared payment, an access code to the on line training will be issued to the new Broker. As soon as the Broker has passed all 10 training modules they will be issued their upgraded status including System Access and the items outlined above. The sooner they Pass, the sooner they start listing & selling boats, remember the first months Admin Fee is FREE so get trained and productive immediately.
Same work – but 70% Brokerage commission. Any other brokerage firm requires you do 90% of the work (all but closing paperwork) for 50% of the commission. As a Boatshed Broker you get to keep 70% of what you create. |
