• This Auction Agreement is to form part of the standard Boatshed.com listing agreement.
  
  
• All vessels to be included in the auction and promotional material are to be listed for sale by a Boatshed.com qualified broker and legal owners will need to sign a standard Boatshed.com Listing Agreement.
  
  
• The owner is confirming that he/she has authority to sell the boat.
  
  
• The reserve price for each vessel shall be agreed between the legal owner/legal representative and the listing Boatshed.com broker and is to be included in this auction agreement below.
  
  
• By placing a vessel in the BoatBid.com auction system the legal owner is not agreeing to any automatic right to sell the vessel. The owner does agree to sell should the reserve price be met. All offers will be subject to independent marine survey.
  
  
• The owner agrees that they have the authority to advertise and sell on Boat Bid.com and are not under a central/sole brokerage agreement with other parties. BoatBid.com and Boatshed.com cannot be responsible to other parties for commission, advertising or storage claims.
  
  
• BoatBid.com uses standard contracts for the sale and purchase processes.
  Including BMF, North West Yacht Brokers Association
  
  
• Boatbid.com is a subsidiary of Boatshed.com Inc
  
  
• Please note that the reserve price is subject to the agreed Boatshed Commission.
